Previously serving as Vice President and Legal Counsel at one of Israel’s largest banks, he brings extensive expertise in financial analysis, regulatory compliance, risk management, and real estate law.

Hagay holds a law degree and is a certified member of the Israeli Bar Association. His strong analytical skills, combined with a genuine passion for real estate investment, ensure that each project is approached with diligence and a commitment to creating win-win outcomes for investors, partners, and tenants.
